Delivery Policy

Your order will be dispatched with Australia Post by the next 2-3 business days.

We will provide you with a tracking number for your convenience. Please remember to include a phone number and any special instructions regarding delivery in the notes section i.e: please leave parcel at door if not home.

Turnaround times may vary as there may be stock or production delays that cause your order to be dispatched later than the specified date. In any circumstance where your order is delayed, this will be communicated to you as soon as possible. Please be aware that once your order has been dispatched and is with your designated shipping carrier, your order may be affected by delays that are beyond our control.

If you require your delivery by a certain date please be sure to contact us and we’ll do our absolute best to get it to you on time!

Returns Policy

• All returns for credit or refund require approval from Maya Swimwear.

• All returns for credit or refund claims must be made within 5 business days of receipt of goods.

• Any product(s) for return must be unused, unopened and in original packaging. Maya Swimwear will not accept a returned product(s) where the product(s) has been used, marked, taped, opened or otherwise tampered with by the customer.

• Product(s) sourced specifically for a customer are not returnable unless they are faulty, damaged, defective, or the supplier agrees to accept the return.

• Returns will be considered on a case-by-case basis.

• Freight charges applied on the original invoice may not be credited.

• Maya Swimwear reserves the right to charge freight or restocking fees on all returns.
